Are you planning your fertility cycle with Concept between now and the end of the year?
Our services change during the December & January holiday period so that we can undertake necessary maintenance and renovations to our clinic. Here’s what you need to know:
Last Day 1s
IVF Cycles: 30 November 2024
Frozen Embryo Transfer: Friday 29 November 2024
Last Theatre Dates
Egg Collections: Friday 13 December 2024
Frozen Embryo Transfer: Wednesday 18 December
Concept Day Hospital Closure
Concept Day Hospital will be closed between 19 December 2024 and 5 January 2025.
Reduced Clinic Hours
The Clinic will have reduced hours during December and early January, and we will be CLOSED on the following dates:
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
New Year's Day
From 16 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 (inclusive) we will open between 8am-4pm
Sunday hours will remain as 8am -11am during this period.
The clinic will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve, 24 December 2024.
Reduced Phlebotomy Hours
Blood tests at Concept will take place between 8am & 9am on Christmas Eve 24 December 2024.
Recommencement of Services
Day 1 for Frozen Embryo Transfer: Thursday 19 December 2024
Day 1 for Egg Collection: 26 December 2024
*IMPORTANT* Our Clinic is closed on Boxing Day 26/12/24, if your Day 1 occurs on this day please attend the Clinic on 27/12/24 for baseline bloods.
Theatre reopens on Monday 6 January 2025.
