Infertility can be a difficult and stressful experience and can often affect relationships between partners, family members, and friends. We recognise that this can be an emotional time for our patients and, as such, offer an initial free counselling appointment to patients undergoing IVF/ICSI treatment. Counselling support sessions are available to all our patients and may incur a fee. Video link cousnelling is available under certain circumstances
For our Donor Program, there are specific counselling requirements and multiple counselling sessions may be required and generally come at a cost to the receipient.
At Concept Fertility, we are privileged to have highly experienced fertility counsellors who are registered with the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA). Our counsellors are here to provide support, advice, and assistance to patients in preparation for their fertility treatment and during their fertility journey.
